- Allied Financial was formed as a collection agency in Omaha, Nebraska. Serving a variety of clients throughout the Midwest in the field of consumer and commercial debt collection.

- Allied Financial expanded to larger offices at 114th and West Center Road, Omaha, Nebraska.
1988
- Allied Financial again expanded to larger offices at 440 Regency Parkway, with the addition of two new account managers.
1989
- Allied Financial developed proprietory software for handling client account information.
1990
- Allied Financial changed its name to Allied National Inc. Scope of services expanded to nationwide debt collection.
1991
- Converted from paper office to system integrated office. Substantial investments made in technology
1992
- Introduced FasTrac Prompt Payment Systems and "Final Notice."
1993
- Expanded the scope of services to include International debt collection.

- Launched internet website http://www.andc.com

- Opened first branch office in Miami, Florida, to better serve clients in Latin America.

- Opened offices in New York, Dallas, Los Angeles.

- Launched online client access and login screens. Clients begin monitoring claims 24x7.

- Second Quarter introduced EDI/Electronic Data Interchange & File Transfer Systems.

- Began initiatives to raise the profile of Allied National in the debt collection industry. Expanded Yellow Page advertising and membership affiliations with industry specific associations.

- Second Quarter launched seminar and training platforms.

- Third Quarter launched advertising campaigns, direct mail, newspaper, journals and trade shows.
